This role designs, delivers, and evaluates training programmes that enhance employee performance, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and support career progression. The post holder will also coach and guide managers in identifying learning needs within their teams, supporting them to embed development conversations into everyday operations. In addition, the role contributes to broader HR initiatives, supporting the people strategy and providing HR support when required. The post holder will maintain strong visibility across the site, attending daily and weekly meetings to understand operational needs and ensure learning, engagement and people initiatives remain aligned with business priorities. The successful candidates must have: Essential: 3 years successfully operating in L&OD/HR role. Min 1 year experience in leading L&D initiatives Experience in designing and delivering of training programmes Ability to compile reports for regulatory review or audits Third Level Qualification or equivalent Train the Trainer Certified Proficient in MS Office (word, excel, Powerpoint) Experience using Learning Management systems / HR Systems Desirable : Coaching Qualification Certified Insight's Practitioner AI Certificate Manual Handling Instructor Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise). Canva Advanced Excel user (pivot tables, conditional formatting etc)
