What youll be doing as the Building Surveyor As a key part of the team, youll be: Delivering a broad range of professional surveying services, including condition surveys, defect analysis, and due diligence reports Supporting project management and contract administration on exciting refurbishment and development schemes Building strong, long-term client relationships and becoming a trusted advisor Contributing to the delivery of framework agreements and helping maintain the consultancys reputation for excellence Gaining hands-on experience with JCT and NEC contracts, expanding your technical and commercial expertise What theyre looking for BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying (RICS accredited) RICS chartered status is advantageous, but not essential Proven experience across both professional and project-based work Strong communication skills and a genuine client-first mindset Commercial awareness with a proactive, problem-solving approach Experience with BIM systems and modern surveying tools is a plus Whats in it for you?
