Designation : Manager (5-7 yrs exp) / Deputy Manager (3-5 yrs exp)

3. Manage the design and execution of the existing loyalty programme whilst looking for opportunities to strategically develop and grow.
4. Deep dive into the customer database to glean insights that can be applied to drive the business.Develop customer strategies in order to improve customer data capture and optimise RFM, ATV and Customer Lifetime Value.
5. Lead the design, execution and delivery of different disciplined testing approaches and strict campaign measurement methodology, including design and management of control groups within the allocated budget.
6. Manage segmentation, targeting and the build of personalization capabilities and work closely with General Managers of the Box Office to identify retention drivers and potential churn reasons.
7. Develop and implement competitive loyalty slabs by optimising the cost involved, develop the burn experience.
8. Responsible for loyalty program and other customer-related technology in-cinema, working closely with Cinema managers in order to meet the required KPIs.
9. Maintain site level competition and pricing data and assist in presenting weekly, monthly, and quarterly results of Box Office Function.
The Successful Applicant
- MBA with 2 to 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst with deep proficiency in SQL, Python, Power Bi experience is mandatory
- Experience of working with large data sets, analysing and presenting data to drive decision making and providing actionable insights to leadership is a mandatory requirement.
