Role Duties & Expectations
* Work on B2B marketing campaigns across the full marketing mix.
* Support on delivering the content marketing strategy across multiple channels.
* Create content and marketing assets, inc. video, for online and offline campaigns (Adobe Creative Cloud & Canva).
* Support web content updates, blogs, case studies, and landing pages aligned with SEO best practices.
* Utilise our CRM (HubSpot) to manage and segment contacts effectively, ensuring data accuracy.
* Manage Kromek’s social media accounts (LinkedIn, YouTube, X and Facebook).
* Conduct market and competitor research to inform campaign strategy.
* Track and report on campaign performance.
* Support the organisation of internal and external events.
* Collaborate with service teams for post-sale support.
* Enforce brand guidelines across company wide assets.
Experience Required
* A commercially minded B2B marketer.
* Experience within a marketing, PR, digital, web or communications role.
* Strong writing ability and able to produce quality content.
* Excellent organisational skills and able to multitask.
* Able to thrive in a busy role.
* An eye for detail; a completer-finisher.
* Ideally managed social media accounts, websites, and direct marketing campaigns.
* A deep knowledge of digital advertising and search engine marketing, Google Analytics and social media.
Desired Experience
* Experience in SEO and PPC.
* Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud.
* Knowledge of HubSpot CRM.
