Location: Hybrid (2 days remote, 3 days office) - London
Remuneration: Β£27.88 per hour

Responsibilities
* Campaign Execution: Drive medium-scale marketing campaigns and communications to meet user needs and team objectives. Analyse campaign performance to optimise strategies and identify effective user engagement channels. π
* User Insights: Develop actionable user insights to inform product development and marketing strategies. Advocate for user engagement and improve the overall user experience. π£οΈ
* Content Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing content that aligns with product positioning and brand messaging. Ensure high-quality standards and timely delivery. π
* Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and metrics for both existing and new products. Support the development of go-to-market strategies. π
* Inclusive Collaboration: Foster an inclusive environment by encouraging diverse perspectives in meetings and projects. Model and promote inclusive behaviour across the organisation. π€
* Performance Metrics: Identify, track, and analyse key product and business metrics, both qualitative and quantitative, to inform marketing strategies. π
* Brand Positioning: Assist in developing product brand positioning and messaging strategy, utilising insights to adapt communications for various audiences. π―
* Diversity Advocacy: Act as a change agent for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the team, holding yourself and others accountable for fostering an inclusive workplace. π
* Leadership Support: Provide support to marketing leadership by sharing knowledge on products and features, and assisting with client and executive narratives and presentations. π€
* User Research Management: Identify and manage user research needs by collaborating with internal and external partners to gather valuable insights. π
Qualifications
* Proficiency in situational leadership, consumer behaviour, and campaign management.
* Strong data analysis and storytelling skills.
* Experience in brand management and client/partner advising.
* Knowledge of go-to-market activities and product positioning.
* Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory. π
