Job Title: Clinical Lead Nurse

Salary: £26-28ph / £54,000-£58,000
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our luxury home in Fulham. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the clinical team, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and ensure effective patient care.
2. Supervise and support nursing staff, providing guidance and training as necessary.
3. Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
4. Monitor patient outcomes and ensure the delivery of evidence-based care.
5. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
6. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care services.
7. Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain quality standards.
8. Manage and allocate resources efficiently within the clinical setting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Registered Nurse with valid NMC pin.
2. Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a clinical setting.
3. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current best practices.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team.
6. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
7. Proficiency in using healthcare software and electronic patient records.
