Due to continuing expansion, this reputable engineering firm are looking to grow their engineering team ASAP. As part of this growth, they are looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to take ownership of the full design lifecycle.
The successful Senior Mechanical Design Engineer will operate in multi-functional project teams and be tasked with leading cutting-edge equipment design projects. Key duties include client liaison, concept design, 3D / 2D CAD, calculations, test & validation and overseeing your work into build and commissioning.
For the right candidate there is also scope to progress into a more of management position and take on more responsibility!
Senior Mechanical Design Engineer requirements
* Degree level in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
* 3D CAD Inventor
* Experience in fabrication and equipment design
* GD&T
* Medical, Pharma, Cleanroom experience (desirable)
