Overview
Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, driving tangible, impactful and financial results for Visa's network clients across both financial services and merchants. Leveraging strategy consulting, data analytics, brand management, marketing, operations and macro‑economics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients. VCA Implementation Services (VIS) also provides hands‑on support within client environments, deploying skilled experts to seamlessly integrate and execute enhancements, manage change initiatives and accelerate implementations to achieve desired outcomes more swiftly.
Exemplary Projects
* Enabling digital functionalities such as external wallets, travel wallets, and contactless controls for leading banks
* Launching an Olympic Marketing campaign for Visa cardholders
* Leading the migration of payment cards from an old legacy card‑issuing platform to a new one
* Identifying opportunities to increase active card and purchase volume market share in Commercial, Debit & Prepaid, and Credit Cards
* Issuing virtual cards for a leading client’s customer base
Responsibilities
As a VIS Graduate Consultant you will support the team across a range of domains, including payments, digital, products, strategy and project management. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities include:
* Supporting project delivery and management across various domains
* Assisting in detailed data gathering and analysis to derive valuable insights
* Performing data and trend analyses using Visa’s data tools
* Supporting strategy‑to‑market activities such as workshops, stakeholder meetings and content development
* Assisting with the development and maintenance of VMS service sales and delivery collateral (“toolkit”)
* Helping with ongoing operations, administration and team‑building activities
Qualifications
* Effective communication skills – oral and written fluency in the local language, plus a high level of English (written/spoken)
* Interest in technology and the payments industry
* Full, permanent, right to work for the location you are applying to. Visa will not provide sponsorship for this role.
