Job Description
3. Supporting in mechanical and electrical assembly
4. Helping management implement staff movements in case of vacations, illnesses or shifting priorities.
5. Reinforcing focus on volume, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
6. Assisting management and the team in allocating, coordinating, and overseeing workload execution within production during the shift.
7. Serving as a leader to oversee cooperation and the resolution of technical/quality problems and logistic issues.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Team Leader should have:
8. Proven experience in electrical and/or mechanical assembly
9. Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally within a production or manufacturing environment
10. Knowledge of wiring, with the ability to read and interpret basic electrical diagrams
11. Mindset to innovate, take ownership, drive improvement
