Save Share Apply now We are looking to recruit a Team Manager in a MASH Team within the Social Care industry in Slough, on a permanent basis paying £63,424-£65,685. - depending on their MASH experience .
Responsibilities include:
1. Carrying out risk assessments and safeguarding procedures
2. Liaising with the duty social worker and team mexperience.t new cases and open cases
3. Managing a team of social workers and support staff
4. Directing and supporting referral co-ordinators in their role to take referrals, gain info from partner agencies and keep accurate records
5. Making decisions quickly and accessing computer systems
6. Clear understanding of the principle and function of a Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub.
7. Evidence of ability to use analytical skills to determine positive outcomes for children and young people within tight timescales.
8. Previous experience of working with partner agencies to gather information essential.
9. Managing staff
Experience preferred:
10. Post qualifying experience of working as a Senior Practitioner in a MASH Team in the UK.
11. Must have worked as a Team Manager in a MASH Team.
Minimum Requirements:
12. HCPC Registration
13. 3 year post qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industry (MASH Team)
14. Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
15. Eligibility to work in the UK
