University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust is delighted to offer a fantastic opportunity to work with us. This role is for the position of Divisional Clinical Director - Division C. It is a permanent contract.
Division C. Responsibilities include operational leadership, performance and strategic development of the Division. The Director will account for high quality patient care, patient safety, clinical quality and governance, delivery of agreed performance and financial objectives, and assurance that the Division operates with patient safety as its highest priority. The Director works as part of the Divisional Management Team and reports to the Chief Operating Officer, with professional accountability to the Chief Medical Officer. This role is suited for a clinician with significant clinical leadership experience, a proven track record of service development and transformational change, excellent communication skills, and alignment with Trust values of Patients First, Always Improving, and Working Together.
Key Activities
* 5 Programmed Activities committed to this role (consisting of 4 additional SPAs + 1 of your 2 regular SPA allocation) plus £25,000 responsibility allowance
