Due to ongoing expansion, we are excited to offer a Maintenance Coordinator position. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Willerby. The salary ranges from £25,000 to £27,000, depending on experience, plus an annual bonus. The role involves:

* Handling maintenance issues reported by tenants via phone and email.
* Identifying problems and determining if contractor intervention is needed or if issues are user error.
* Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure prompt, professional repairs and maintenance, keeping all parties informed and obtaining necessary approvals.

We’re looking for individuals who will be a good fit for our team and who meet the following qualities:

* Self-motivated, well-organized, with experience in a customer service environment reacting to customer needs.
* Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
* IT literacy.
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential; basic knowledge of household maintenance is advantageous but not required, as full training will be provided to suitable candidates with the right qualities.
