About the Job
The role will involve managing the accounts payable process across both UK and French entities, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with internal policies.
Duties will include:
* Processing supplier invoices and employee expenses in both English and French
* Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies
* Assisting with payment runs and ensuring timely settlements
* Liaising with French-speaking suppliers and internal stakeholders
* Supporting month-end processes, including accruals and reporting tasks
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies
About the Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will be fluent in both French and English, with previous experience in an accounts payable or finance administration role. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work to deadlines are essential, along with confidence using accounting software and Excel.
