Job Title: Commercial Administrator
Location: KENT (ME9)
Salary: £26,000- £28,000 per annum
Sector: Social Housing Maintenance
FULLTIME OFFICE BASED 8-5
To manage and develop all accounts and administrative systems within the planned maintenance division.
Raise job numbers for all new contracts
Raise purchase orders; maintain an efficient record of all such purchase orders issued to suppliers and subcontractors.
Receive and acknowledge receipt of invoices.
Process invoices - log to respective contract, order and job numbers
Prepare subcontractor and supplier invoices for payment; prepare payment authorisation documentation
Deal with subcontractors and suppliers account and invoice queries
Generate periodic cost and revenue reports for each contract, assist in cost reconciliation exercise for each contract Develop and maintain a comprehensive and efficient document filing and record keeping system
All routine administrative duties within division to include, but not limited to filing, archiving, photocopying, scanning, mailroom, stationary order and telephone reception duties
Provide other ad hoc duties deemed necessary by your line manager for the efficient running of the division
