Opportunity for a Project BIM Manager to lead the implementation and coordination of BIM workflows on some of the world's most exciting projects.
Position:
This is a role for a project BIM manager to lead the implementation and coordination of BIM workflows on large-scale international projects, ensuring full compliance with client and industry standards. Reporting to head of BIM, you will be producing and maintaining project BIM documentation, including BEP's, managing clash detection and model coordination, and supporting design teams throughout all phases of up to 2 major projects concurrently. Also on offer is the opportunity to play a key role across the business, training and troubleshooting and supporting the integration of BIM with various other software platforms (e.g Rhino & Grasshopper) where necessary whilst maintaining practice wide compliance with ISO
Candidate:
The successful candidate will have a degree/equivalent in architecture or related discipline with significant experience managing BIM on large complex architectural projects in practice. You will be confident leading multidisciplinary coordination meetings and translating BIM requirements into practical support for design teams, as well as hands on checking models, running clash detection and reporting on efficiencies. Solid grasp of Revit, Navisworks, Rhino (inside Revit) Revizto and Solibri are essential. Alongside this you should have a genuine passion for technology, high standards in relation to best practice and a willingness to work with teams towards a common goal.
