Our client, a leading organisation in the premium lifestyle sector, is seeking a skilled Payroll Implementation Specialist for a 3-month contract to lead the rollout of their new PeopleFirst payroll system. This short-term, high-impact project also involves integrating payroll with Allocate (Time & Attendance), ensuring smooth and efficient operations across the business.
The Role:
Lead the end-to-end implementation of PeopleFirst payroll.
Manage and optimise the integration with Allocate.
Work alongside HR, Finance and Operations to ensure payroll runs seamlessly.
Troubleshoot issues and streamline processes during the transition.
Deliver training and support to internal stakeholders ahead of go-live.
What Theyre Looking For:
Proven experience in payroll system implementations.
Hands-on experience with PeopleFirst and/or Allocate.
Proactive, detail-focused, and available to start immediately.
All candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK.
