As the business continues to expand and attract a growing portfolio of high‑profile venues and hospitality clients, we are looking for a Client Communications & Brand Executive to join our team.
We are a small, growing and collaborative team, so this role plays an important part in how we support clients and present the fango brand. You will be responsible for producing high‑quality marketing materials, supporting client communications, onboarding training and helping ensure a consistent and professional brand presence across all touchpoints.
fango is led by two Managing Directors, one focused on technology and one focused on sales and marketing, supported by a strong in‑house technical team. As a small business we work collaboratively across roles, with team members often supporting client communication, marketing activity and product demonstrations.
You will work closely alongside our Business Support & Digital Marketing Executive, whose focus is digital marketing activity but also supports client enquiries, training and product demonstrations. This role focuses primarily on client communications, brand materials and marketing content, while digital marketing activity is managed separately.

The Role
As Client Communications & Brand Executive, you will help shape how fango communicates with clients and prospective customers.
This is a hands‑on role combining client support, marketing and brand development, with a focus on client communications and brand materials.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication and Support
* Respond to customer support emails
* Log issues to the tech team via internal systems
* Deliver onboarding and refresher training
Brand & Marketing Materials
* Design flyers, brochures, meeting materials and campaigns
* Create branded content for clients and marketing
* Design monthly client newsletters
Marketing & Social Media
* Manage social media accounts
* Plan and create content
Collaboration
* Support directors in meetings and demos
* Work closely with the tech team and wider team
Essential Requirements
* Track record of delivering work on time
* Strong organisation and communication
* Experience creating marketing materials
* Comfortable in a small team
