Overview
Maintenance Operative role at HC-One. HC-One are looking for a Maintenance Operative with solid experience in maintenance, building, DIY, cleaning and housekeeping. You’ll also need technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as ideally some IT skills. And, whenever you communicate with a resident or co-worker, you’ll be truly considerate and kind.
Responsibilities
* Ensure Residents live in a place that’s proactively inspected and brilliantly maintained at all times.
* Carry out audits and keep records up to date.
* Perform maintenance tasks such as replacing taps or mixer valves, fitting extractor fans, repairing timber on a bedroom window, or putting up new wallpaper, with kindness as a core value.
* Adhere to safeguarding requirements: recognise signs of abuse, harm or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise; attend safeguarding training and undertake additional training as needed; seek advice and report concerns including escalation if action is not taken.
