We are currently looking for full-time or part-time permanent (up to 37.5 hours per week) Support Workers to support adults with learning disabilities and autism in a supported living environment.
As a Support Worker, you'll play a crucial role in understanding and supporting the individuals you work with. This includes providing both emotional and practical support to help them live their lives their way. No experience is required; Social Care experience is not necessary, but it is desirable.
Willing to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, bank holidays, and sleep-ins.
Must have a full UK Manual driving license.
As a Support Worker with Partners in Support, you have the flexibility to increase your earnings with sleep in duties and overtime. With these opportunities, Support Workers earn on average* of GBP 32,000 per year, with the potential to boost your salary even further.
50 per hour, plus GBP 75 per sleep-in
