Experienced Contract Operations Specialist to own the setup, governance and smooth running of customer contracts & SOWs.

Youll partner with Sales, Finance, Legal and RevOps to make sure every order is accurate, billable and compliant from day one.
This role focuses on customer contracts & sales orders (not vendor/contractor management).
What youll be doing
Create & manage complex multi-SKU contracts & SOWs
Review sales orders for accuracy, pricing, discounts, and terms
Handle amendments: renewals, upsells, downsells, scope changes
Ensure billing readiness & partner with Finance on invoicing
Maintain data quality & governance across systems
Act as SME for stakeholders & coach teams on best practices
Produce reports to surface risks and drive resolutions
What youll bring
35+ years in contract operations / order management / RevOps
Hands-on experience with SAP, Salesforce, or Dynamics 365
Strong knowledge of commercial structures (multi-SKU bundles, tiered pricing, co-terming, revenue schedules, mixed billing)
Detail-driven with excellent cross-functional communication skills
Bonus if you have: SaaS/subscription experience, CPQ tools knowledge or IFRS 15/ASC 606 awareness.
