Please note this role does not qualify for visa sponsorship, as the salary requirements set by the Home Office are not satisfied.

Responsibilities
* Provide support and encouragement by taking direction from the person supported and the person-centred support plan.
* Maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements.
* Administer personal care and medication as required.
* Cover sleep-in sessions, with an additional £60 per sleep-in.
* Work within North Down and Ards Independent Living services, supporting flexible, client-driven care, health and inclusion needs for people with a wide range of needs and living situations.
