Overview
Savills Salisbury, United Kingdom — Saturday Assistant role with the Residential Sales team responsible for selling property in and around Salisbury. This is an office-based role where you will use email, answer telephone calls and deal with walk-in enquiries in a timely manner. On occasion, you may be required to work independently in the office, so the ability to manage tasks confidently while lone working is essential.
Hours: Saturday, 9am - 4pm (minimum 3 Saturdays per month)
Key Responsibilities
* Meet and greet clients in the office
* General office administration including updating window displays, brochure mail outs and ensuring the key register is kept up to date
* Registering applicants on to the database (Reapit) – training will be given
* Arranging pitch and viewing appointments
* Experience in a previous role would be preferred but not essential
Required skills / Qualifications
* Be an excellent communicator
* Have fantastic attention to detail
* Be confident, proactive and have good initiative
* Take pride in your work and enjoy delivering first-class customer service
* Have a comprehensive knowledge of Salisbury and the surrounding areas
* Enjoy dealing with people
