An established secondary SEN school in Redbridge is recruiting a qualified SEN Teacher to work with pupils aged 11-16 with complex learning difficulties, ASD, and social communication needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver differentiated lessons aligned to EHCPs
2. Create a structured and supportive classroom environment
3. Work collaboratively with support staff and external professionals
4. Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
Requirements:
5. QTS (essential)
6. SEN experience preferred but training provided
7. Strong behaviour management and nurturing approach
