Key Responsibilities:
1. Support teachers in delivering education and fostering a safe, inclusive environment.
2. Engage with pupils using autism-specific strategies in both 1:1 and group settings.
3. Maintain communication with families and external agencies, respecting confidentiality.
4. Contribute to pupil records and participate in meetings and training.
5. Assist with community activities, behaviour management, and environmental upkeep.
6. Ensure health and safety compliance and uphold professional conduct.
