Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Relationship Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Chester. The salary ranges from an OTE £24,000 - £30,000.
Responsibilities
* Preparing and negotiating tenancy renewals
* Completing property inventories & carrying out regular property inspections
* Maintaining & reporting accurate file notes
* Delivering exceptional customer service
