Salary: £35,479 – £37,408 per annum
Watersmeet Theatre is seeking a hands-on, technically strong and operationally confident Building & Technical Manager to lead on technical delivery, building maintenance and compliance.
This is a pivotal role responsible for:
All building maintenance and technical theatre operations
Acting as Health & Safety Co-ordinator
Leading freelance and casual technicians
Supervising contractors and delivering high-quality get-ins/outs and performances
Managing budgets and ensuring value for money
We're looking for a specialist in lighting, sound, cinema projection or stage management, with broad technical knowledge across all areas. You'll be proactive, solutions-focused and commercially aware, with a genuine pride in production quality and venue standards.
