Key Benefits they offer: * Salary remuneration of £31,396 inclusive of a bonus. * Full-time permanent position * Working Hours - Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm (1hr Lunch) * Hybrid Working following training - Typically 2 days from home - 3 days office based * Free on-site parking * 33 days annual leave, including bank holidays (increases with length of service) * Company pension contribution (increases with length of service) * Financial Services Academy – Allowing employees to develop their career within the wealth management sector * Company/team events throughout the year Your Duties & Responsibilities include: * Client Acquisition from Advisers * Due Diligence and Client Evaluation * Servicing Disputes and Adviser Queries * Adviser Payment Queries and Uplift Requests * Weekly Reporting and Tracking You will need: * Strong communication skills * Strong analytical skills * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Strong organisational and time management skills. * Knowledge of MS Office products, such as Excel and Word * Show excellent attention to detail. * Working towards set deadlines or targets. * Ideally experience in handling adviser-related payment queries, uplift requests, and servicing disputes * Quality check work or have worked to set quality scores. * An interest in working within financial services/pensions. * Managed your own workload
