We're now looking for a Global Ops Planner to play a vital role coordinating our daily Shipping and distribution requirements.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* To validate shipments requested by GSK requestors and ensure shipment contains required documentation and mandatory information for shipment execution
* To assist in the preparation of reports and other documentation as required.
* Responsible for the effective planning, shipment validation and monitoring execution of shipments.
* Responsible for achieving and maintaining KPI SLA agreements.
* Be first point of contact for customer and carrier to answer queries
