Carrying out
planned maintenance and repairs
to site equipment, ensuring everything is safe, reliable, and efficient.
Responding quickly to
breakdowns
and getting plant back into production with both temporary fixes and long-term solutions.
Supporting and mentoring operatives, sharing your knowledge to build team capability.
Using your welding, cutting, and fabrication skills to solve problems and keep operations moving.
Maintaining strong communication with the site team and ensuring all work is done safely, tidily, and to the highest standard.
What were looking for
An experienced
fitter with NVQ3 (or equivalent)
in mechanical maintenance.
Skilled in
welding, cutting, and fabricating techniques .
A great communicator with strong organisational skills and a team-first mindset.
Flexible and proactive, ready to step in and tackle challenges as they arise.
