About the role
This is a unique role for a unique candidate.
We’re looking for a Product Lead with deep expertise in legal pricing and commercial finance to help shape and scale our platform for top law firms. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role where you’ll combine your subject matter expertise with product and project management skills — helping us build tools that genuinely transform how law firms price, manage, and deliver their work.
You’ll work closely with leadership, engineering, and design teams, as well as directly with client firms. The ideal candidate will come from a senior pricing or commercial finance role at a top-tier firm, and will bring a strong understanding of how law firm pricing models, client relationships, and profitability levers work in practice. You’ll also need to be comfortable driving product initiatives end to end — from shaping the roadmap to managing delivery and gathering client feedback.
Target Requirements
* Senior experience in law firm pricing and commercial finance (or equivalent role) at a top-tier firm
* Deep understanding of legal pricing models, profitability drivers, and client relationship dynamics
* Strong project management skills — highly organised and able to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
* Experience working closely with legal partners and senior business services leadership
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills — comfortable engaging directly with client firms and internal stakeholders
* Ability to contribute meaningfully to product strategy and roadmapping based on domain expertise
* Comfortable with data analysis, reporting, and building business cases for product features
* Proactive, hands-on, and delivery-focused — thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
Ideal / Bonus
* Experience working with product or engineering teams — even if not in a formal product management role
* Exposure to legal tech, pricing tools, or practice management platforms
* Familiarity with emerging AI/ML applications in professional services
* Ability to translate complex pricing practices into scalable product capabilities
* Experience managing client-facing projects or leading change initiatives within a firm
