This is an excellent opportunity to apply and further develop your MSK experience as part of a proactive multidisciplinary team providing outpatient care for people with musculoskeletal conditions in the rural area of Argyll and Bute.
Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive assessment, clinical diagnosis, and design and delivery of evidence‑based treatment plans for patients with complex and varied MSK presentations.
* Work autonomously within the MSK Physiotherapy Service.
* Support junior physiotherapists, physiotherapy assistants, and students, including line management, clinical mentorship, delivery of training, and acting as a student placement educator.
* Contribute to service evaluation and development to ensure effective, efficient, and high-quality care.
* Continuously develop your MSK knowledge and skills, proactively working to consolidate and progress towards advanced-level practice.
Qualifications
* Qualified physiotherapist with experience in musculoskeletal (MSK) services.
* Knowledge and ability to assess and treat complex musculoskeletal conditions.
* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and mentor junior staff.
* Commitment to continuing professional development and advancement to advanced-level practice.
