Interim Site Director – Food Manufacturing

We are working with a leading food manufacturing business to appoint an Interim Site Director to take full accountability for a high‑throughput manufacturing site. This is a mission‑critical, senior interim appointment requiring immediate or near‑immediate availability.
The role carries end‑to‑end responsibility for site performance across safety, quality, cost and delivery. You will provide strong, visible leadership to the site team, maintain operational momentum and ensure stability and discipline during a key period for the business. This is a hands‑on assignment suited to an interim who can establish authority quickly and deliver impact from day one.
