Summary
We are seeking a Quality/Compliance Administrator to join our team at Horizon House, located in Scarborough. In this vital role, you will support our mission by ensuring efficient administrative operations that contribute to the well-being of our clients. Your organizational skills will play a key role in maintaining our high standards of care and support.
Responsibilities
* Responsibility for quality auditing and data set management for our Good Governance Framework.
* Ensuring audit cycles actions are monitored and actioned including any gaps in practice/compliance
* Oversee the implementation of training/development within the service
* Oversee the implementation of policy and procedures within the service
* Oversee quality goals and objectives within the company.
* Qualifications
* Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within healthcare or rehabilitation settings.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Familiarity with quality assurance practices is essential.
* Proficiency in using office software and management systems.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making.
