Litigation Solicitor (2-5 Years PQE) - Bournemouth
A leading Bournemouth practice are looking for a confident and capable Litigation Solicitor with around 2-5 years' PQE to join their growing team and handle a broad range of contentious matters.
The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload with support from senior colleagues, working across a range of civil and commercial disputes. The work may include:
* Debt recovery and enforcement
* Construction-related disputes
* Commercial and contractual litigation
* Contentious probate and Inheritance Act claims
* County Court and High Court proceedings, including cost budgeting
What We're Looking For:
* 2-5 years' PQE in litigation
* Solid understanding of CPR and County Court processes
* Familiarity with High Court claims and cost management
* Strong technical ability in at least one of the listed practice areas
* A proactive, commercially minded approach
* Excellent communication and client-handling skills
* A team player who's keen to contribute to business development and team growth
