An opportunity has arisen for the Administrator role. As an Administrator, you'll play a key role at the centre of our operation, where every action you take contributes to our customers enjoying their favourite M&S food.
We are looking for a candidate who can commit to an any 5 from 7 shift pattern, working 40 hours per week between the hours of 12:00-20:00pm.
Who You’ll Be?
In this role you will be a key part of a thriving 24-hour operations department; operating systems relating to intake, processing and exportation of M&S Food to Ireland.

What will you do & what will you need
11. Receive all supplier deliveries accurately and process/allocate via internal warehouse management systems
12. Solve warehouse queries to ensure process compliance
13. Liaise with and support with other Gist teams, M&S, and other key stakeholders
14. Collate data to support effective communication across the business of KPI information
15. Accurately create export documents to support our deliveries into Ireland
16. Monitor progress of our vehicles alongside our Global Freight and Transport departments in Motherwell and Ireland
17. Work closely with these business units to ensure smooth delivery of service to M&S
The key requirements of this role:
18. Experience of operational administration
19. Experience working with operational export systems (preferred)
20. Be highly organised, able to work under pressure and prioritise tasks
21. Excellent communication skills
22. Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
23. Strong problem-solving skills through attention to detail and own initiative
