Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
* Develop innovative menus that showcase seasonal and local ingredients.
* Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
* Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, budgeting, and staff training.
* Collaborate with management to enhance the overall dining experience.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Creative flair and a passion for food.
* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
* Team player with a can-do attitude.
Qualifications:
* NVQ Level 3 in Catering or equivalent qualification.
* Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
* DBS
* Advanced knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
* Strong understanding of nutrition and dietary requirements.
