As a Care Assistant, you will:
* Give support and care to residents whilst maintaining their rights to independence, privacy, dignity and choice and assist in their daily living.
* Assist residents who require help to dress/undress, wash, and bathe and use the toilet.
* Assist residents with mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including the use and care of aids and personal equipment.
* Assist residents who need help with personal hygiene, e.g. incontinence.
* Promote and adhere to Greensleeves Care’s workplace values of respect, openness and responsibility.
To apply, you will need:
* An understanding of the needs of residents.
* An understanding of the importance of confidentiality.
* Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) diploma in care level 2 or the equivalent (Desirable).
* Experience of providing care (Desirable).
* Experience of working with the elderly (Desirable).
