We are seeking a dedicated Event Manager to oversee the planning and execution of events within Not-for-Profit. This role is based in Cheshire and requires expertise in event Management and marketing strategies. Client Details The hiring company is a small-sized organisation. Description Provide event direction and foster a high-performance collaborative culture among all colleagues participating in events. Provide event leadership and ensure alignment with key stakeholders across departments and their strategic objectives, forging strong working relationships. Oversee, lead and manage the development, installation and delivery of all event elements for the organisation's attendance at events/conferences domestically and worldwide. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure events are aligned with marketing campaigns. Manage budgets effectively and ensure cost efficiency for all events. Source and liaise with vendors, venues, and other external stakeholders. Oversee event logistics, including registration, attendee management, and on-site coordination. Monitor and evaluate event success, providing actionable insights for future improvements. Ensure all events adhere to industry standards and compliance requirements.Profile A successful Event Manager should have: Strong experience in event management. Proven ability to plan and execute events of varying scales. Knowledge of marketing strategies and their integration with event planning. Excellent organisational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Attention to detail and a results-driven approach.Job Offer Competitive salary between £36,000 and £45,000 per annum.
