Hammersmith and Fulham, London | September Start | £480£520 per week | Full-time, Term-Time Only

Are you a Psychology Graduate eager to gain meaningful, school-based experience before starting a career in Education, Child Development, or Educational Psychology ?

A high-performing and inclusive primary school in Hammersmith and Fulham is seeking a Psychology Graduate Mental Health Assistant to join their team in September. This is an outstanding opportunity for a Psychology Graduate to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world educational setting.

Deliver small-group interventions and behaviour support, applying your understanding of cognition and development.

What youll be doing as Mental Health Assistant: Supporting pupils inside and outside the classroom with targeted learning activities.

Collaborating with teachers and SEN professionals to create supportive learning plans.

Contributing to a calm, positive, and nurturing environment for all pupils.

What the school is looking for in a Psychology Graduate: A Psychology Graduate with a 2:1 or First from a top 30 UK university.

Experience working or volunteering with children (schools, tutoring, SEN, mentoring etc.).

A proactive, empathetic, and reflective mindset.

Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in child development.
