Aftermarket Sales Director
Location: Stoke-on-Trent (hybrid)

Aftermarket Industries have experienced year‑on‑year growth following their acquisition in 2021, and this role offers huge potential for the right candidate.
We are looking for a commercially astute Aftermarket Sales professional with the following qualifications and experience:
* Proven track record in developing and executing aftermarket or service‑based sales strategies.
* Experience setting long‑term revenue growth plans and delivering against ambitious financial targets.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify, quantify and prioritise growth opportunities.
* Understanding of the full aftermarket lifecycle, including Surveys, Spares & Repairs, CRM solutions, Modifications and upgrades.
* Ability to articulate complex technical value propositions in a customer‑focused, commercial manner.
* Competence in managing post‑sales processes and ensuring high‑quality service outcomes.
* Ability to inspire and motivate individuals to achieve commercial targets.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
