Duty Security Officer

About the job
Based at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair within the Security Department in London, the Duty Security Officer assists in all aspects of security across various areas including main doors, F&B outlets, and common areas of Residences.
Responsibilities include:
* Familiarity with security procedures on an active building site
* Supporting Front of House operations in the lobby area
* Demonstrating Concierge skills as a visible point of contact for guests
* Holding a current full driving license to support the valet team and being proficient in obtaining witness statements and writing incident reports
* Complying with the Code of Practice for Security Staff
* Receiving training in First Aid, pool safety, and fire safety
* Investigating, managing, and reporting accidents, with emphasis on incidents legislated by RIDDOR
Candidate requirements:
* Flexibility to work on a rotating shift basis, including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and bank holidays, totaling 40 hours per week
