We’re looking for an organised and proactive warehouse professional with a keen eye for detail and a passion for operational excellence. This role will be helping to manage all aspects of our warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods from receipt to dispatch. This is a key role in maintaining stock accuracy, troubleshooting issues, and supporting a productive team within our fast-paced distribution environment, using warehouse management systems to drive performance and maintain high standards. What You’ll Be Doing Receive and process all stock into the warehouse accurately and on time using the WMS, reporting any issues. Monitor and maintain stock accuracy through manual or automated methods. Oversee picking and replenishment of stock, ensuring WMS data is correct. Support and train colleagues on warehouse processes and WMS use. Complete and check all warehouse paperwork, passing it to relevant teams promptly. Carry out regular stock checks and assist other departments as needed. Maintain high standards of housekeeping in the warehouse and surrounding areas. Follow all Health & Safety procedures and safe working practices. Communicate clearly with all warehouse teams and departments. Work efficiently to meet productivity targets and company KPIs. Help maintain accurate and efficient warehouse processes in line with the company’s Environmental Policy. Swing shift, 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (6:00am – 3:00pm one week / 3:00pm – 12:00am the following week). What We’re Looking For Counterbalance Forklift licence is essential Experience in warehouse management, including using warehouse management systems (WMS) Strong administrative skills, with the ability to organise, track, and manage large volumes of data Experience in a fast moving, next day distribution/warehousing environment Ability to troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies using WMS and other warehouse software Strong communicator with the ability to liaise with multiple teams effectively Detail oriented, with excellent organisational and time management skills Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving Why Join Us?
