Details of the Customer Service Administrator role:
* Starting salary of £26,000, increasing with performance
* 8.30AM - 5.15PM, Monday - Friday
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays
* Quarterly bonus
* Annual discretionary bonus

What will you be doing as the Customer Service Administrator?
* Processing orders that come through via the website
* Send confirmation emails to confirm orders
* Handle customer queries
* Making suggestions for alternative products if items are out of stock
What do you need in order to be considered for the Customer Service Administrator role?
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Good computer skills.
