We are currently seeking a motivated and well-organised Training Administrator to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for coordinating training programmes and providing administrative support to enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees. Your contribution will be vital in maintaining our high standards of quality and efficiency, while supporting a culture of continuous learning and development.

Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and schedule training sessions and workshops for employees across various departments.
* Maintain accurate records of training attendance, certifications, and assessments to ensure compliance.
* Assist in developing training materials and resources to support learning initiatives.
* Communicate with trainers and participants to confirm arrangements and gather feedback.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and suggest improvements.
* Support the onboarding process for new employees by providing induction materials and coordinating training sessions.
* Collaborate with the HR team to support community outreach activities including careers fairs, school visits, and factory tours.
Requirements
* Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a training or HR environment.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with trainers and staff.
* Familiarity with training programs and best practices in employee development.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
