The Maître d’ is the first point of contact for every guest and plays a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience. This individual will not only welcome guests at the door but also act as a floating presence throughout service, engaging with diners, building rapport, and ensuring satisfaction at every stage. The role is essential in supporting the management team, recognising and acknowledging VIP and regular guests, and upholding the restaurant’s high standards of hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a solid career background in Silver Service/Fine Dining and posses excellent knowledge of the produce associated with such establishments. Our client also has a license available for this role that allow for UK/EU citizens who are willing to relocate to Jersey to apply.
