Overview
We are looking to recruit several Customer Service Advisors to join our team based in Oldham. The Customer Service team works on a rotational shift pattern covering our core operational hours of 8:00am – 8:00pm. This is a full-time role, working 35 hours per week, with hybrid working where you will work three days in the office and two days remotely.
Responsibilities
* Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, handling sometimes challenging conversations with vulnerable residents while delivering a high standard of service.
* Contribute ideas to further improve customer service processes and overall resident experience.
Essential experience / Qualifications
* Proven experience in providing excellent customer service. The ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures, and accurately record data and information.
* Excellent oral and written communications.
* Proven ability to provide accurate and clear responses to routine resident enquiries — in writing, face to face, or by telephone.
* The ability to accurately enter data within a call scenario, whilst talking to residents to understand requirements.
