As a Divisional Clinical Development Nurse, you will cover a number of homes within your region, therefore ability and willingness to travel is essential.
Person specification:
* Registered Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with valid NMC registration
* Experience in care home or complex care settings
* Flexibility and willingness to travel (including full driving licence)
* Clinical leadership and mentoring strengths
* A passion for improving care standards and outcomes
