We're looking for an Administrator to join our Workplace Solutions Team in Norwich
Location: Taverham High School, Norwich
Contract: Permanent - Part Time - 20hours per week
Responsibilities
As an Administrator, you'll be working within the Workplace Solutions Team, supporting them in providing administration support to the contract team to enable them to deliver all the operational requirements.
Your day to day will include:
* Liaise with clients, helpdesk, sub-contractors and operational staff to ensure that reactive and planned maintenance activities are delivered to contractual requirements.
* Regular review of maintenance task progress in the Kier helpdesk and update the Concept maintenance task system.
* Maintain subcontractor information and issue Authority to work where required.
* Obtain appropriate information and collate monthly client reports.
* Collate and upload operational and subcontractor information into document management installations.
* Company post handling and distribution
What are we looking for?
This role of Administrator is great for you if:
* Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within an FM industry
* Able to diligently maintain a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet document or similar software
* Able to collate information from various and create reports.
* Working knowledge of help desk systems
