Shift: Monday through Friday
Work Model: Hybrid - 3 days onsite
About the Role

As a Compensation Benefits Processor, you will play a vital role in managing customer accounts and ensuring accurate processing of compensation and commissions. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in the financial services industry while providing exceptional support to our clients.
Your Responsibilities
* Process a variety of documents and maintain accurate records for customer accounts.
* Enter new account information and update existing accounts.
* Record transactions and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism.
* Classify, consolidate, and summarize documents and information.
* Complete reports and provide administrative support as needed.
* Assist in managing Client Compensation and referral systems.
* Ensure compensation and commissions are processed accurately.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience: Minimum 5 years in the financial services industry with direct experience in commission processing.
* Knowledge: Basic understanding of incentive compensation in broker/dealer, insurance, or commission-based sales environments.
* Skills: Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and analytical skills.
* Mindset: A solution-oriented approach to challenges.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong general technology knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
