Remote Conveyancer
Are you a Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer looking for a new position that provides an excellent work-life balance and a manageable caseload, allowing you to ensure an excellent service to your clients?

It is seeking to employ a Conveyancer to be based fully remotely.
This role will see you work fully remotely whilst being supported by a dedicated, in-house team of Assistants, Paralegals and Secretaries to ensure you can offer your clients excellent service levels.
The Role:
* Handle your own caseload of residential property files across a range of transaction types
* Communicating with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other Solicitors
* Negotiating terms of sale or purchase on behalf of clients
* Keeping clients informed throughout the process and addressing their concerns
* Overseeing contract exchanges and ensuring a smooth handover
* Conducting title checks and ensuring there are no legal issues with the property
* Drafting and reviewing contracts, lease agreements and other legal documents

About You:
* Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
* Ability to effectively time manage and prioritise your own workload
* Excellent client communication skills
